Mindfulness Program
Mindfulness begins with self-awareness; thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and the events in the world around you. You will learn the five core concepts including (a) present-focused awareness, (b) an accepting or open attitude, (c) a nonjudging approach, (d) compassion for self and others, and (e) the energy of mindfulness. We teach how to release the expectations you have of yourself and others, allowing those around you to be themselves, not who you think they should be.
This program consists of 2 sessions
